Agreement and eligibility

The site is operated by MKG Inc. (“Shlep On,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

Products, prices, and orders

We try to describe and photograph the tote accurately, but colors and appearance may vary slightly by screen and from one production unit to another. The approximate product dimensions, materials, and country of manufacture are stated on the product page.

The tote is priced at $36 USD, excluding applicable tax and any shipping charge shown before payment. All site prices and charges are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors and may cancel an affected order and issue a full refund.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or limit an order, including for suspected fraud, inventory limits, or an obvious error. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. If we decline a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate checkout information and authorize us and the payment providers used through Shopify checkout to charge your selected payment method for the order total. Purchases do not require an application or invitation. MKG Inc. is the seller; Shopify provides the checkout platform.

Fulfillment

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Please review them before ordering. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The site and its artwork, product designs, photographs, text, logos, graphics, and other content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as law permits, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written permission.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or burden the site using automated means, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use the site for fraud or any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to services operated by others, including Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. We do not control third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. This disclaimer does not apply to product warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MKG Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site or these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold MKG Inc. harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or your violation of another person’s rights. This does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to consumer rights that require a different forum, the local and federal courts located in Washington, D.C. have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the site.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively. For previously submitted applications, the ownership and publication-permission commitments made at submission remain unchanged, and any retained personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate site access for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the site, us, or others.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the incorporated policies and any checkout terms shown before purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us concerning the site and an order.
