Where we ship
Shlep On currently ships within the 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally, to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Processing and delivery
The limited first run is sold out. Reserve a spot on the email list for updates about the next run, including when it is ready to ship. Joining the list does not place an order, take payment, or hold a bag. For existing paid orders, we’ll email a timing update and contact you if the estimated ship date changes, with the option to cancel for a full refund. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Free standard shipping applies to orders of $108 or more, equivalent to three bags at the regular $36 price. Otherwise, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed before you complete payment. Shipping is not included in the product price. All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD).
After your order ships, we will email tracking information when available. Carrier delivery is typically estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, an incorrect or incomplete address, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
Addresses and missing packages
Please review your shipping address before ordering. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is submitted, and additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and any secure delivery area. Then contact us so we can help investigate. Any replacement or refund will depend on the carrier investigation and product availability, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
